Noisy neighbors: Unfortunately, during my stay, there were some rowdy young students living upstairs who threw parties for two nights straight until 7 am. It was incredibly noisy, and not suitable for those who are sensitive to noise during the night.

Slept good thanks to extremely comfy beds. Food for breakfast was great. The staff were amicable, made the stay really comfortable...

Limited Bathroom Amenities.

We had a quite comfortable stay in Valencia close to local transport, supermarket, restaurants, like Rinconet with great food, amusement park at 500 m, Aragón metro station, and restaurants and the Metro.

The apartment is new, spacious, and homely with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is conveniently close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance from the city center. As bike riders, we appreciated the great location and the availability of bike storage facilities.

I recently stayed at a spacious and well-equipped apartment in Valencia. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local transportation, a supermarket, and great restaurants like Rinconet. The apartment was clean, with lots of natural light and recently renovated. The communication with the hosts was smooth, and they even arranged an early check-in for us. I would highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Valencia.

I had an amazing stay at this property. The host was easily reachable and always there for any questions I had. The location was absolutely perfect, with the city center just a 15-20 minute walk away and the metro station only a 2-minute walk. There were also several supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for grocery shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. It was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and I will definitely visit again in the future.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Fv Flats and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and right next to the metro station. The apartment was well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and spacious rooms. The host, Juan, was incredibly helpful and always available for any questions or concerns. The property was clean and well-maintained, making it one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The incredible gastronomy with its famous paella in front and a multitude of restaurants awarded with MICHELIN stars. the AVE high-speed train to Madrid, the Valencia international airport connected to the central Metro lines. All these and many other events, attractions, and privileges add up to the charm of this city. But let me tell you, staying at this apartment was like having all these amazing experiences right at my doorstep!

Sparse kitchen utensils.

Mind-blowing apartment, spacious and homely with super comfortable beds. The well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms were jaw-dropping. So close to the supermarket and within easy walking distance from the city center. The location was a huge plus, with easy access to transportation and a quiet neighborhood. Having two bathrooms in the apartment was super useful. The kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils was a pleasant surprise. The host, Anna, was excellent, providing lots of information and advice. The apartment was really clean and comfortable, with a much-needed air conditioning. The area is quite central, with shops just a 5-minute walk away. Excellent location for exploring the city. Highly recommend the oceanographic and science center, as well as the old town and museums. The accommodation even has a paid airport shuttle service, which is a reliable option for early morning departures. Would definitely stay there again.
